Below are five tips and tricks to manage your appetite, whether at home in Bloomsbury Residences or outside.

    Eat Fruits and Vegetables

    There’s evidence that fiber, commonly found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans whets hunger pangs. These foods have high water content, which makes you feel full, as well as contributing to your daily health needs.

If you eat too quickly, your brain may not be able to catch up with your stomach, which can lead to problems. Eating more slowly makes you less likely to overeat.
