ChatGPT Helped Me Launch a Freelance Funnel - I Made $100K in a Month Using These Prompts

One Month. One Funnel. One AI Assistant. And $100K I Didn’t Expect.

The AI boom has given freelancers a new kind of assistant – and I learned just how powerful that can be. Using ChatGPT and GPT-4 Turbo, I launched a solo funnel that brought in over $100,000 in 30 days. I didn’t hire a copywriter. I didn’t build a team. I didn’t even open Figma.

I used prompts, clarity, and timing. That’s it.

And in this article, I’ll break down exactly how I did it – from the ChatGPT prompts I used to the mistakes I almost made. No hype. Just human experience with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and, most importantly, ChatGPT.

How It Started: I Had No Product – Just a Niche

I’d been freelancing for years – mostly ghostwriting and email strategy. I knew the niche (small business coaches) and I knew what they struggled with (writing good copy fast). So I asked ChatGPT:

“Give me 10 offer ideas that solve a painful problem for small business coaches using your capabilities.”

The list was solid. One idea stuck: a Prompt Vault – pre-written, copywriting-specific ChatGPT prompts coaches could plug into their workflow.

I asked GPT-4 to help outline the product, price it, and even write the sales angles. Within 2 hours, I had:

    • A 3-tier product structure
    • 20 prompt categories
    • A 5-email launch sequence
    • And 2 upsell ideas

All written, refined, and iterated through ChatGPT.

The Funnel: AI Built It, I Just Drove It

The full system looked like this:

Lead Magnet: “7 Prompts That Made Me $5K in 7 Days” – created entirely in ChatGPT
Landing Page: GPT-4 gave me a hero line that hit: “Let AI do the writing. You keep the clients.”
Email Sequence: Claude helped polish tone and structure; ChatGPT optimized timing and call-to-actions
Offer Page: Clean, direct copy from GPT, built on Notion with Stripe checkout
Delivery: Digital downloads and a private prompt tutorial video (scripted by ChatGPT, recorded by me)

I launched in a Telegram group of 3,000 freelancers. Then on Twitter/X. No ads. No affiliates.

    By day 4, I crossed $10,000.
     By day 10, $42,000.
By the end of the month, Stripe showed $102,330 gross.

Refund rate? Under 2%. Support requests? Minimal. Why? Because GPT-4 helped me predict objections – before they happened.

The Prompts That Made It Happen

I won’t keep these behind a paywall. Here are three of the exact prompts I used daily during the build and launch:

    1. “Act as a senior email marketer. Write a 5-email sequence to sell a $97 digital product to warm leads from a freebie.”
    2. “What questions would a skeptical freelance coach ask about this offer? Help me write responses in a confident but friendly tone.”
    3. “Rewrite this copy in a more emotional, story-driven voice – without losing clarity.”

I refined every version. I didn’t let GPT-4 write blindly. I edited. I added my own voice. But 80% of the structure, tone, and ideas came from those conversations.

Why ChatGPT on Chatronix (and Not Gemini or Claude) Won This Round

I tested Claude 3 and Gemini during the build. Claude gave longer, more polite answers. Gemini was decent at summarizing Reddit and research.

But GPT-4 Turbo gave me action. It structured, rewrote, predicted, and optimized better than anything else. And when I used all three through Chatronix, I could compare them in real time.

That’s how I knew: ChatGPT was the one I could build with.

What I Would Do Differently Now

If I ran this again, here’s what I’d tweak:

    • Use Claude for better emotional hooks in long emails
    • Let Gemini script social content faster based on trends
    • Build an AI-powered upsell quiz to match people with products
    • Create an auto-email that shows people how to use the prompts better (support = trust = retention)

But overall? The process worked. The audience responded. And ChatGPT kept me moving at 10x speed

    Conclusion

AI didn’t write my story – but it helped me shape it.
One idea, one month, one funnel – and $100,000 made from home using ChatGPT.

Would you build your own AI funnel next?

Try It Yourself – With the Right Tools

I’m not special. I’m not a marketing guru. I just stopped doing everything manually – and started using GPT the right way.
