But a strange name for boxing mode?
An obelisk is a tall, four-sided tapered monument, ending in the shape of a pyramid or pyramid at the top.
They must have used a random name generator for it.
I think they should have called the Asterix tank anyway!

first impression
To be completely honest, I just do not like glossy black fashions, they are fingerprint magnets and it does not take long until they look granular in everyday use. It also hurts to take a picture as he picks up every speck of dust and the weird stray cat hair, but I will put my tilt aside for review and pretend I like black.
Mod is well protected with parchment stickers. After removal, the glossy side panels are imprinted with a cool linear pattern, almost a three-dimensional effect when you rotate it in light, although they are plastic instead of glass so they tend to be scratched.
The weight is impressive, it feels stable but nice and light considering it has two built-in batteries. They are LiPo cells that are lighter than Li-on which helps the best online vape shop uk.
GeekVape seems to have gone through all the retro with the design of an obelisk, a real old-school box and a tank but with state-of-the-art electronics inside. They have the ergonomic place because it feels comfortable, and the fire button is in the perfect place for shooting with your fingers or thumb.
The top and base plate appear to be carved with a brushed finish. The main problem is that there is no disc 510, so you can expect a hard rash when you screw and turn off your tank. I already have a light circular scrub, not that it shows once the tank is installed, but would you expect a modern box mode to include some coating or protection disc?
With the new Obelisk tank, it looks even more retro, I must admit I like its look more than I expected. It has a certain charm to it, but the other colors appeal to me much more.
I found it a little weird that they placed ‘vape vape’ on both panels, the name only appears on the base and that’s fine. The logo on the front looks good but I’m not sure what it is? It’s different from the Geek Vape logo but similar (ish).
Sub Ohm obelisk tank
This tank was of course designed to fit the mod, keep it in the old school and is quite simple. The airflow ring has the same pattern as the rear end.
- Diameter: base 25 mm
- Capacity: 5.5 ml
- Drip Tip: Replaceable drip tip
- Coils included: Z0.2 mesh coil (pre-installed, 0.2ohm, 7O-80W); Z0.4 network coil (0.4ohm, 50-60W)
- Filling type: Top non-slip filling system
- Airflow control: Perforated bottom airflow
- Wire: Connector 510
On its own it looks a bit dull, but on the mod it looks much better. The container spreads simply and with limited components that make cleaning easy.
I’m really not sure about this tank design compared to Zeus. Bottom airflow usually leaks when not in use for extended periods, especially large mesh coils. The second part I do not like is that you have to use the tool to remove the coil, the small key included. I tried to pull the coil out without it but could not hold it properly so I had to use screws.
The top filling lid is done in principle nicely, pulled up and the part to open, but in practice there is a contradiction. I really tried to put a short filling nozzle in the bladder, it is possible but you have to fight it – not good!
Performance
I first tested the 0.2ohm coil. Starting at 60 watts to lighten the coil, it was already good! I came across it up to 75 watts, I was really impressed with the taste, and if you are a cloud lover then you relish it.
The 0.4 ohm coil was not exactly the same experience for me. I say that, but if I only had the 0.4ohm coil included in the kit, I would still be raving about it. Only that the 0.2 ohm is better if you are after that full of delicious and hot wap with a lot of steam production.
There is only something in this kit that feels and highlights the old school. I’ve been resigning for four years now, but it reminds me a bit like my first ‘correct’ priority experience with Off with Smok T-Priv 2 and that’s what finally got me out of the stinkers, not on the show but on the really satisfying WAP he brought back in his time. The technology and coil performance have come a long way since then, and the obelisk proves that with the superior superiority it provides.
I really did not expect to love this kit so much when I filmed it, I picked up glitches here and there, but as soon as I started to lose it, I soon forgot about any niggles. I think this is a perfect kit for beginners because the direct lung vapors do not improve from it, and from experience, new recruits love clouds. I also think experienced facilitators will appreciate the nod to designs from the past, but with the performance and additions that this kit offers.
