    Understand the UV Spectrum

    The sun emits various ultraviolet rays, mainly categorized as UVA, UVB, and UVC. While UVC rays don’t reach the Earth’s surface, UVA and UVB rays do, causing potential harm.     The UV index provides a daily forecast of the expected risk of UV radiation from the sun. You can find this information on weather websites or apps. On days when the UV index is high, take extra precautions.

    If you’ve been out in the sun, especially without protection, it’s essential to care for your skin afterward. Cool showers, aloe vera gels, and moisturizers can soothe sunburned skin.Protecting your skin from UV damage is an ongoing process, demanding awareness and consistent care. While traditional methods like sunscreens remain irreplaceable, emerging products, including those infused with C60, offer enhanced protection.
