Our Business Model
When you sell a device or handset to Tech Tiger, you go through a process of grading your item depending on its condition – receiving a quote according to the information provided. This quote is then confirmed or revised upon receipt of your device, and if you decide to sell to us is then paid out to you prior to the handset moving into our refurbishment process.
Seller protection is of the utmost concern to us which is why we pass each handset through our Phone check and data wiping system, before being listed on the website.
Buyers, meanwhile, benefit from the same grading system which enables them to understand the condition of a device they are interested in and pay the best price as dictated by that grade and the model. Any device that we sell is always of the highest working quality and boasts a minimum 80% battery capacity to ensure a long and healthy lifespan.
