    Princeton University

    Founded in 1746, Princeton is the fourth-oldest college in the US. The university’s Trustees govern the institution, which has an undergrad enrollment of about 5,422. Princeton University has a balanced gender distribution amongst its students. Male and female students each make up 50% of the population. The campus sits on 600 acres and has a suburban setting. Princeton is an Ivy League member. Its academic credentials are desirable, with the student to faculty ratio being 5:1. In addition to its learning prowess, Princeton is also part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

    Columbia University

    Established in 1754, Columbia University is distinguished not only as a learning institution but also as a research center. The university is in New York, and it’s the oldest institution of higher learning in the city. Columbia has an urban setting and sits on 36 acres of land in Manhattan. It has an undergraduate enrollment of about 6,245, with not less than 90% of the students living on campus. Enrollment gender distribution is also 50% for both males and females. This institution of higher learning has a student-to-faculty ratio of about 6:1.

    Harvard University

    Arguably the best college not only in the US but the world at large. Harvard University has a student population of about 23,731 and an undergraduate enrollment of approximately 6,755. It is an Ivy League private institution that sits on 5,076 acres of land. Numerous world leaders have gone through and graduated from Harvard. With one of the oldest library collections in the US, it’s an institution that is truly one of a kind.
