Most condo buildings are designed to accommodate as many tenants as possible, hence the fact that it’s smaller than a standalone house. However, with a few tech hacks and improvements you can make your Watten House condo more comfortable and larger than meets the eye.

    Add Smart Lights

Smart lights are the best budget fixtures you can add for unmatched ambiance. Opt for smart bulbs that can be adjusted according to brightness and colors so you can switch to warmer lights in the evening, for example.

Design the Layout Using an App

Get the help of an interior designer without paying for one. Download an app on your smartphone that can rearrange your furniture for optimal spacing and function. AI tools can do the same thing and make your condo appear more inviting from the outside.

    Highlight or Cover the Windows

Windows can either let natural light in and make the room brighter or be covered with bigger blinds or shades to provide a larger illusion. Depending on what you want, you can open it up in the morning and cover it when the sun sinks and night sets.

    Go Modular (Multi-Purpose Furniture)

Modern furniture and appliances can now do two or more tasks in one single machine. If you find space at a premium while living in a condo, then consider upgrading one of your furniture or appliances and getting rid of the older units. A good example would be a washer and dryer combo or a couch that can double as a bed.

    De-Clutter Regularly

De-cluttering regularly is free and won’t cost you anything except time. You can clear and store anything and put the things in their proper place. Tables won’t look as cluttered and the rooms will look bigger overall. Try to declutter on the weekends for upkeep and maintenance.
