The Upperhouse site has been officially awarded to United Venture Development (No.7), a joint venture between UOL Venture Investments (owned wholly by UOL Group) and SingLand Residential Development (owned wholly by SingLand), with UOL holding an 80% stake and SingLand holding a 20% stake.
